  • How far in advance should I book my move?

    It’s best to book as early as you can, especially during busy periods like school holidays. That said, we can often help with shorter-notice moves too, so it’s always worth getting in touch.

  • Do you offer packing services?

    Yes, we can provide full or partial packing depending on what you need. We also supply boxes and packing materials if you’d prefer to pack yourself.

  • Are my belongings insured during the move?

    Yes, your items are covered while they’re in our care. We’ll explain exactly what’s included in your quote so you know where you stand.

  • Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

    We can. This includes beds, wardrobes and larger items where needed. Just let us know in advance so we can plan properly.

  • Do you move large or awkward items?

    Yes. We regularly move items like motorbikes, safes, American-style fridge freezers and gym equipment. These just need to be mentioned when you request a quote.

  • How is the cost of a move worked out?

    Pricing is usually based on the size of the move, access at both properties, distance, and whether you need packing or storage. We’ll give you a clear quote with no hidden extras.

  • What happens if my move date changes?

    We understand plans can change. Just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date.
